Office of the President
September 11, 2011 will mark ten years since the United States of America and New York in
particular suffered the deadliest attack of terrorists. This event has been etched in our minds
and I believe will stay there for a very long time.
Many families, friends, co‐workers, and innocent people in our nation suffered the loss of loved
ones or were affected one way or another. We must not forget the first responders and
emergency personnel who also lost their lives.
Let us take some time this Sabbath during the Divine Service to remember this traumatic
occasion and pray for the families and loved ones of those whose lives were lost or were
Thanks for your faithful service to the cause of God.
